Yeah - I'm not a super fan of the sugar cookie, but the Mrs. Field's cook book does it right. If you make them 1/4 inch thick, they come out a little chewy in the middle. Yum! Anyway, my favorite part is usually the frosting.
They were so cute it was a shame to eat them.
