Door of Inspiration

I turned my closet door into the "door of inspiration" last year by painting it my favorite color of green, nailing on two pieces of sheet metal (for attaching photos, magazine clippings, notes from friends, drawings from my kiddos, etc. with magnets) and painting a corner of it with chalkboard paint. After things have been up a while, I take them down and glue them into sketch books, scrapbooks, or whatever's lying around. Sometimes the magnets alone are inspiration enough.
